The Town House

HAMILTON, SOUTH LANARKSHIRE

The end of 2022 saw a lovely intimate little ceremony in the very traditional Town House in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire. Lynn and Ronnie celebrated, surrounded with 10 of their closest family members as they cemented their love and their future with each other.

Whilst planning their photography, Lynn and Ronnie stipulated that they wanted more of a relaxed, unposed feel to their images and didn’t want too many staged shots. They also wanted a lot of black and white images. So as they wished, I kept the posed shots to an absolute minimum and instead concentrated on their request for candid, relaxed shots. The building itself is very traditional, and architecturally, very visually beautiful, so I had to ensure I captured a group shot in front of the stunning building. And it looks so beautiful in black and white.

With dusk on the horizon we brought on the confetti ….. I absolutely love a confetti shot and so did they. The joy captured on their faces during the confetti cannons told the story of this fun loving family.
